Cardio & Dance

High-energy formats that get your heart rate up and make the hour disappear.

  • Zumba

    60 min

A dance-fitness party set to Latin and international music. You follow simple, repeating choreography, so there is no pressure to be a dancer — the steps come to you within a track or two. One of the easiest ways to burn serious calories without watching the clock. Neha keeps it simple enough that you never feel lost, and energetic enough that you never feel bored.

    Moderate intensity

    Good for

    • Cardio fitness
    • Beginners
    • Anyone who hates the treadmill
  • Bolly Beat

    60 min

Chart-topping Bollywood tracks choreographed into a continuous cardio workout. Expect big, expressive movement, plenty of energy from the room, and a genuine sweat by the second song.

    Moderate intensity

    Good for

    • Cardio fitness
    • Coordination
    • Pure fun
  • Bhangra

    45 min

Traditional Bhangra movement built into a fitness format. The bouncing, shoulder-driven steps are deceptively demanding on your legs and lungs, and the dhol beat carries you straight through the hour.

    High intensity

    Good for

    • Cardio fitness
    • Leg endurance
    • Group energy
  • Aerobics

    45 min

Structured, low-complexity choreography that keeps you moving at a steady aerobic pace for the full session. A dependable, joint-friendly way to build a cardio base — and a great entry point if you are returning to exercise.

    Moderate intensity

    Good for

    • Cardio base
    • Returning to fitness
    • Beginners
  • Kick Boxing

    60 min

Technique-led kickboxing adapted for fitness. You will drill proper stance and combinations, then work them into rounds that build coordination, core rotation and real athletic power.

    High intensity

    Good for

    • Full-body conditioning
    • Core power
    • Confidence

Strength & Conditioning

Build real strength, shape and stamina — with technique coached properly from day one.

  • Strength Training

    60 min

Structured resistance training using free weights and bodyweight progressions. You will be coached through the fundamentals — squat, hinge, push, pull — and add load as your technique holds. One of the highest-value things anyone can train for bone density and long-term metabolic health. Neha coaches every lift from the ground up — no guessing, no bad habits forming.

    High intensity

    Good for

    • Building strength
    • Bone density
    • Metabolic health
  • Functional Training

    45 min

Work built around the patterns you use outside the studio — pushing, pulling, hinging, carrying and rotating. Movements are trained through their full range and often on one leg or one arm, so the strength you build transfers to lifting a child, carrying shopping or climbing stairs without thinking about it.

    Moderate intensity

    Good for

    • Everyday strength
    • Balance & stability
    • Injury prevention
  • Kettle Bells

    45 min

The offset weight of a kettlebell makes every rep a stability challenge, and the ballistic lifts train power and conditioning at the same time. You will start with the hinge and the swing until they are clean, then progress to cleans, presses and carries as your technique earns it.

    High intensity

    Good for

    • Power
    • Grip & posterior chain
    • Time-efficient training
  • Circuit Training

    45 min

A series of stations worked in rotation, alternating strength and cardio so one area recovers while another works. Constantly varied, never boring, and easy to scale — everyone in the room works at their own level.

    High intensity

    Good for

    • Full-body conditioning
    • Variety
    • All levels
  • Tabata

    30 min

A specific, research-backed interval protocol — twenty seconds of maximum effort, ten seconds of rest, eight times through. Brutally simple, genuinely tough, and over before you can talk yourself out of it.

    High intensity

    Good for

    • Conditioning
    • Short sessions
    • Mental grit
  • Toning

    45 min

Light-to-moderate resistance at higher repetitions, targeting each muscle group in turn. The focus is on control and muscular endurance — shaping and defining rather than maximal load.

    Moderate intensity

    Good for

    • Muscle definition
    • Endurance
    • Beginners to weights
  • Abs Workout

    30 min

A focused session on the muscles that stabilise everything else — deep core, obliques and lower back, not just the visible abs. Better posture, a more resilient back, and a stronger base for every other class on the schedule.

    Moderate intensity

    Good for

    • Core strength
    • Posture
    • Back health

Mind & Body

Slower, deliberate work on flexibility, core control, posture and breathing.

  • Pilates

    60 min

Mat-based Pilates built on control, precision and breath. Small, deliberate movements build deep core stability, lengthen tight muscles and correct the postural habits that come with desk work. Gentle on the joints, surprisingly demanding. Particularly useful if you spend most of your day sitting.

    Low intensity

    Good for

    • Core stability
    • Posture
    • Injury prevention
  • Wheel & Block Yoga

    60 min

A practice combining asana, breathing and stillness, with the yoga wheel and blocks used throughout. The wheel opens the chest, shoulders and spine through backbends you could not hold unsupported; blocks bring the floor closer so a position can be reached safely and held long enough to matter. Works as a standalone practice or as the recovery counterweight to harder training days.

    Low intensity

    Good for

    • Flexibility
    • Spine & shoulder mobility
    • Stress relief
